A look back at 2009
Machine sales continue to do well especially being able to keep prices low even with a ridiculous pound to yen rate………..
The new single head network of dealers which was launched in June has been a major success creating in excess of 40 units, of both single head and multi head embroidery machines……………………
Surprisingly software sales are up even with very low digitizing prices offered from abroad the trend seems to be people want control of their designs and how they are processed………..
Looking forward to 2010
Before we know it the first major event of the year Printwear and promotion LIVE will be here and we have secured space again and we are looking forward to showing our latest developments in both machinery and software.
All the reports say that 2010 is still going to be a tough year for business generally.
We feel that 2010 is going to be a great year for the embroidery trade and pre 2010 orders give us all the confidence in the world that our industry is strong, tough and resilient enough to get through these tough times.
Investing in the future……Never has it been so important to invest in the right equipment for the job at hand. There has been an influx of independent dealers importing cheap re-branded embroidery machines, many of which are the same, trying to establish themselves in the UK market. These machines cannot and will never compete with the Japanese manufacturing of Tajima, giving us precision engineering to the highest quality. Whatever machine you choose will be a considerable investment so choose smartly, remember, price isn’t just everything when building your future….
We at AJS wish all our customers new, old and future a very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
