“how is your ink different”
Its key is Particle repulsion combined with nano particle technology, the low viscosity formula was designed from the ground up avoiding the mistakes made by previous manufacturers. Resolute White is much less prone to settling compared to other ink brands without compromising on other physical properties such as printability or opacity. The result for the user is less nozzle blockage and ultimately less wastage of ink on expensive cleaning cycles. Resolute White not only runs well in the printer, it produces brilliant white prints without compromising on the flexibility of the cured image. Images are durable and stretchy, with much lower cracking under wash than other brands of ink. Print heads are much less prone to clogging and you can leave a machine switched off for two weeks with no preparation.
“how are your prices different”
Selling direct to the end user and bypassing the "middleman" distributor network, we are able to sell at a lower price benefitting the end user. In the past most of the ink available for DTG printing has just been a re brand of the same thing, most dealers will claim to have their own ink when in fact they are all selling the same thing at different prices.
“what about support for those end users”
With the two top DTG experts in the world working together under one belt Resolute offers un biased support to all its customers. With plans to hold day courses in the art of DTG printing the Resolute knowledge will soon be available to everyone.
“you claim to have a greater product range”
We do, our product range contains pre treatment for dark and light cotton shirts and a pre treatment allowing polyester material to be printed for clothing and promotional products. No other DTG ink can boast such a wide range of printable fabrics using the same ink. Our cleaning solution and damper pre installation solution is the only one of its kind available. All our products are manufactured at the same lab by the same chemists, we do not allow any of our products to be bought in or modified from standard off the shelf products.
“how do you change to resolute ink”
It’s a two stage process, for the CMYK side you do not need to do anything. Simply run down or discard your old ink and top up with Resolute. Once the fresh CMYK gets through the system you will see the difference in prints and you will have better wash results. The white ink is unique and does not mix well with other whites. We supply a special flushing solution to clean out pipes and bulk ink systems. The dampers in some machines may need to be changed out in order to obtain good ink flow. This sounds complicated but most end users can perform this task themselves. We will of course be happy to assist in the changeover if the customer prefers. The relatively small cost to change the white over is soon recouped, with less waste and a more realistic price. Our own tests proved washability over the other most commonly used white ink manufacturer was 5 times greater. This does of course depend on the skill of the operator and the level of pre treatment used.
Bold statements to make, it is of course all backed up by testimonial statements from customers who are already using Resolute Ink.
